TIARNA COMPETITION PREPERATION DIET 20 WEEKS OUT


 

M1 –

Coffee or tea with 1 sugar and skim milk + 40g oats and 1 scoop protein powder + ½ cup skim milk.

M2 –

1 banana + 100g chicken breast OR small can tuna + green apple


 

M3 –

8 egg whites + 250g mixed Vegetables + 30g light cheese


 

M4 –

100g chicken breast + 150g steamed vegetables + 100g sweet potato


 

M5 –

120g chicken breast + 200g vegetables + 250g strawberries

Plus cup tea + 1 sugar    

Jalna yogurt 200g – if hungry


 

Supplements     

  • Multi vitamin
  • Vitamin c
  • Magnesium
  • Fish oil X 4
  • L- Glutamine
  • Creatine
  • BCAA

Calories - 1750

Fat - 28.3

Protein - 184.8

  1. Looks good to me. What's your carb intake? Do you lose on 1750? I'd increase fish oil to 6 per day, 2 at breaky, lunch and dinner.

  2. it looks ok to me, my only qualm would be the fat in the cheese. If you are stalling, i would drop that maybe?!
