Well I decided that I would start morning cardio, Im not a huge walker and any one who knows mw knows that when I say im going for a walk to expect me to come home all sweaty. This morning was no different I got up at 5:15 and went for a 5k run, I was pretty happy with this effort as its been a while since I have gone for a run.
Ive started meditation too, this is my arty farty side but it makes a huge difference in your day when you sit and give yourself a little time.
Feeling great, positive and really truely ready.
